Anyone have any ideas on how to clean a white fedora made of cotton?

Question: I have this glorious white fedora I have on eBay and over time, I made the mistake of not taking care of them properly. Now he spots a mouthful of nails, other hats, etc. If anyone can help me with ideas on how to clean the hat, send them on.

Answer: Have you a milliner in your community? Or, try to store a man high end, where they sell hats. They can refer you to a cleaner hat.
