Rathdrum Gymnastics Club has introduced two new adult classes and as far as we are sensible this is a first for Wicklow.
The Adult gymnastics classes run for one hour and will cover rout, beam, bars, basic vault and easy conditioning.
The Of age Trampoline classes also run for one hour and will be using full Olympic/world ideal and size trampolines; we will cover all basic skills including control jumps, body landings, twisting and skill combination.
These classes are aimed at outright beginners and will cater for each individuals level of ability. Both classes are a super and interesting way to improve your physical fitness while having great fun at the same occasion.
The classes are starting on Wednesday the 25th of January from 7pm to 8pm. Trampoline places will be very small, strictly max of six per trampoline, so early booking is essential.
