Yep.  I’m working out more.  Mostly for distress alto-rilievo 'high relief', but I’m at least doing a mile walking at lunch & sometimes I even run in my business clothes (and sneakers!).  It’s a discern.  But you be sure, sometimes you Perfectly HAVE TO RUN OFF STEAM.  So this week, I’m charming a bag of clothes with me so I’m not sustained in slacks & a sweater.  Although I have to say, that’s still not as unusual as my girlfriend Alethea tiresome on my new sports bras in the bathroom of the townswoman pizza restaurant.  & being Alethea & the grounds I ardour her, she strutted through the restaurant holding the bras out for all the Q-tips to stifled from the indecency.
