Lodge Theatre seeks a “Gypsy” — Cottage Opera house will hold auditions for the musical “Gypsy” well-spring at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at the theater, 700 Village Drive, Cottage Grove. A rotund cast of children, teens and adults is needed for the production, which runs April 13 through May 6, 2012. Auditioners are asked to draw near ready to sing 16-32 bars of any musical theatre prevarication of their choice. An accompanist will be provided. ACT seeks actors for “Beyond Therapy” — Albany Civic Theater will believe auditions for Christopher Durang’s “Beyond Therapy” outset at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16-17 (with Jan. 18 callbacks), at the theater, 111 First Ave. W., Albany.
