A lot of kids reach up wanting to be rock musicians.

For Kevin Sullivan, what started out as that girlhood fantasy has transformed into a passion for an instrument that encompasses all genres.

While hanging out in his reside, listening to the high-energy pop punk jams of bands like Glimmer 182 and Green Day, Sullivan decided to stop practicing time-honoured piano tunes and pick up a six-string.

After ditching the piano lessons, the 24-year-old has dedicated his individual to playing the guitar.

In seventh grade, he formed his first ska/punk ribbon, Bouncing Betty, with grade school friends Chase Vadnais and Brand Polito and played jams heavily influenced by Sublime.

At 17, he unquestioned he didn't want to be hopping around a stage in skater shoes and table shorts playing simple chord progressions to pre-teens, but wanted to do some serious strumming. Sullivan wanted to be a studio musician and needed to learn how to review music to become one.

He grabbed his guitar case and enrolled in the University of Nebraska at Omaha's music program studying established guitar under the tutelage of Hadley Heavin.

While the bands were playing there was all types of hysterical shit taking place. People were skating on the half deliver well next to the bands. Boards were shooting off the acclivity into the herd and moshers were falling onto the half horn. "Typhoon J" by The Harangue Incessant Contentment Is Whenever sounds more like Segregation Sunday than anything in between the two, which is colossal talk if you were already a Hold good Stable fan.
